3rd Wizard and Bug Fix

Quick little update, Added the Yellow Wizard that starts with Lightning Rune and Static Perk (Unlocked at the same time as Blue Wizard)

Added in 2 new enemies, Tar Slimes and Bloodbugs.  

Prototype of interactive terrain, Tar and Water.  Tar takes an extra turn to move out of, and can catch fire (Created by tar slimes).   Water can be froze from ice damage and causes sliding (Ice Buns create water instead of blood). 

Fixed Item Tooltip incorrectly displaying the player's stats.
