Also bugs fixed this patch

-Buffed the Sealed tomb event’s rewards: The shop and forge are discounted and the treasure is generally better quality. 

-Fixed Stat conditions not updating in events when changing items or evolving

-Fixed Some Incorrect Window Overlapping

-Made Speech bubbles not block clicking on buttons such as Start Battle
