Infinite Mode
Infinite Mode!
A neverending battle to see how far you can go. This new mode starts the same as normal, except the Super Orb is available immediately. After each boss fight you will gain a curse. Curses can impose a variety of bad effects such as boosting enemies' stats, poisoning your monsters at the start of battle or even giving enemies equipment. After completing all 3 zones, you loop back to the beginning, though you lose any items you do not have equipped, and all your aura. You also get to select a powerful blessing as well. After each loop enemies get significantly higher stats, more and stronger enemies appear, and curses get worse among other things.
General
- Mana Costs Cannot be reduced below 15 now (up from 10)
- Changed shops item rarity to slightly increase frequency of uncommon, rare and legendary in zones 2 & 3
- Changed the Commune options on events like Poison Grove. Now requires listed synergies, and you can only have 1. All have been buffed to compensate
Monsters
- Gora’s Root Retaliation replaced with Root Restoration, which causes Entangling Roots to heal all allies for 30% of the damage dealt.
- Krog’s Bellow changed to now cause damage equal to 20% current hp to the closest enemy
- Mudgill’s Hunter replaced with Hunter’s Quarry which changes it’s Active Ability to a single attack that deals 350% Str to the weakest enemy, if it kills silence all enemies for 3 seconds
- Changed Mudgill’s Feeding Frenzy. Increase from 5% enemy hp to 10%, but only heals itself. Any excess healing is then divided among all other allies
- Reworked Wyrmlet’s Arcane Breath, Now refreshes duration instead of stacking, and the silence no longer prevents mana regen. The Mana Loss was increased from 5 mana/sec to 8 but the target gets +2 mana regen for 12 seconds
- Buffed Dark Harvest and Dark Ritual to still trigger if Woad is dead
- Buffed Cyclone to deal +20% Int per Zephyr Stack
- Buffed Gora’s Potency from +25% Healing to +50%
- Buffed Kabu’s Impervious from 4 to 6 seconds of invulnerability
- Gheist’s Terrifying End now deals the same immediate damage as Curse
- Slagg’s Sticky Slime is now limited to 2 stacks, Slime Lord’s def reduction changed from -10 to -15 to compensate
- Buffed Seras’ Debilitate from 100% Int damage to 200% Int
- Nerfed Tuskal’s Berserk from +40% Super to +20%, and +25% damage take to +40%. It no longer stacks
- Tizik’s Energize now refreshes duration instead of stacking
- Slightly Buffed Urso’s 2nd and 3rd Form Str
- Slightly Nerfed Hydrim’s 2nd and 3rd Form’s Int
- Nerfed Skimander’s Adaptable to +2.5% dmg per Spd over the target
Items
- Added Spyglass and Harmonious Pendant, which grant Tactician and Elemental synergies respectively.
- Added Synergy: Iron Will now grants Guardian
- Added Synergy: Heavy Shackles now grants Bulky
- Added Synergy: Magus Hat now grants Magical
- Slightly nerfed, no longer gives +1 Mana Regen and Ability Damage reduced from +20% to +10%
Enemies
- Nerfed Ascetic’s Mind’s Eye active, now it will not “stack up” extra attacks that happen at the same time
- Nerfed Lasher’s Spd 20 -> 16
- Nerfed Thorn’s Barbed Hooks from 50% str per/sec to 25%
- Minor Nerf to Skirmisher’s Spd and Mana and reduced Dirty Fighting’s damage reduction from 25% to 10% per open adjacent space
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Thorn’s Barbed Hooks to no longer trigger while dead
- Fixed Camping’s Rest description incorrectly listing +10% Def for next fight instead of the 50% it actually gives
- Fixed Target Indicators not showing when an event starts a battle
- Fixed Merged Item count being higher than it should
- Fixed Distortion Storm Wait it Out option taking 20% hp instead of 5%
- Fixed Fast Forward not affecting the swap cooldown
- Fixed Lucky Rerolls not working
- Fixed (again) Urso’s Shake Off healing through lethal attacks
- Fixed a Rare Bug with Circlet of Acuity and Replica causing more than 1 extra cast
- Fixed Tizik’s Energize incorrectly still using a flat +20 Spd and Def instead of based on Int
- Fixed Summons incorrectly changing Max Wounds
- Fixed the “Sense” option on Bountiful Nests allowing you choose it as long as you had more than 0 aura
- Fixed a rare interaction with Accursed permanently lowering your monsters’ Str if you have the Rotting Forest Blessing
- Fixed a rare bug where Tizik’s Energize could permanently change the target’s Spd&Def if Tizik’s Int changed during battle
